1. Data Collection

ChartCrypto collects the following data to provide its core services:

• Device Tokens: We collect your Apple Push Notification service (APNs) device token to send you price alerts.
• Alert Configurations: We store your user-defined price alerts (target price, coin symbol, and condition) on our secure server to monitor market movements on your behalf.

2. Data Usage

Your data is used solely to facilitate the price alert service. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. Alerts are processed automatically by our server.

3. Third-Party Services

We use market data from Coinbase to monitor prices. No personally identifiable information is shared with Coinbase. Payment processing is handled exclusively by Apple via In-App Purchases.

4. Data Retention

Price alerts are stored until you delete them or uninstall the app. Stale data for inactive users may be purged after 30 days of inactivity.

5. Your Rights

You can delete your alerts at any time within the app. Since we do not use accounts, your data is tied strictly to your device token.
